Hello and thanks for the great Cheltenham coverage. It was the best week’s punting at the festival that I’ve ever had, many thanks (maybe because for the first time in 30 years I missed Cheltenham I went to Nerja in Spain to watch and punt in an Irish bar.

You could hear and see everything close up – apart from the horses that is! Very conducive to sensible punting haha). Whilst I don’t follow you in every case (ie the Gold Cup, how did you not pick Mite Bite and Native River for a forecast?), I certainly look to you for the handicaps and when I’m in doubt. Your research is top class and you obviously work hard at it. I also like the way you don’t punt when not pretty sure.

I like your overall approach very much, the analysis is excellent, the ratings helpful and the staking advice sound.

I’m an ex-amateur rider with a business to run so I don’t gamble very often (jockeys are not the best tipsters are they?) and although I’d like to stay with you for the rest of the year, I’ll probably just keep to the Festivals at Aintree, Punchestown, Chester, Epsom, Ascot, Goodwood and York. What about a special price for them? There must be a few punters like me who just go for the big meetings.

You run a good ship...

Kind regards,
Peter Cr
