the dreaded non-runner struck again with Gun Metal being pulled out of the Great St Wilfrid at around 1.25 and coupled with the fact that Dakota Gold, who we said was the main danger, going onto win made it a very frustrating day. Dakota Gold did it the hard way from the front up the stands side.
Our other two selections were both poor on the day leaving us nursing another losing day.
We seem to have a hit a bit of a cold patch of late but we have the York Ebor festival to get stuck into next week so we will have plenty of action and hopefully get back in the winner's enclosure.
There is a qualifying race tomorrow but having run the ratings and done the analysis there isn't a betting opportunity for us but as usual, we have posted the ratings if you want to play yourself.
