What is Cleeve Racing's Rating software?

Cleeve Racing's ratings software has taken many years to develop. The software is based on our trusted race rating system that was designed and developed by Cleeve for over 11 years to help our tipsters and make Cleeve one of the most consistently profitable service since it's launch in 2010.
