With the imminent return of UK racing, we are very busy putting the wheels back on the Cleeve members service, so this week's wrap is short but we hope still sweet!
This week's FF pod is really worth a listen, it's not just about how an exchange works, but a much wider look at where Betfair sits in racing landscape and posits a time where on-course bookmakers may even disappear completely. There's free entry to the Tote's Flat Season Ten to Follow and the form doyens at Timeform give you four high profile horses and why they should be treated with caution.
A three-part video preview of the season with Kevin Blake and Matt 'yeehaa' Chapman will get your juices flowing as they look at the Classic generation and top older horses and there's plenty they disagree on... and there's plenty more!
We're advocating a cautious punting return to the action, I've already noticed a big ramp-up in bookies advertising, and I would have thought the offers and incentives they will be pushing at you to land your business could be of 'Cheltenham Festival' proportions. But with interrupted training schedules and unclear running plans and race dates, the first few weeks could see plenty of upsets.
We have decided to keep the Cleeve service free for everyone until at least July 1st so if you are reading this and if you're not currently a member you can sign up for free here
Bring on the action!!
Stay safe and well
The team at Cleeve
We start off with a 3 part video examining the likes of Enable, Pinatubo, Logician and many more big names, as well as some darker prospects set to light up proceedings in the most eagerly-anticipated Flat Season in many a year.
The Tote has launched their Flat season ten to follow and you can enter it for free and try and grab a five grand prize, or, you can pay a fiver and go for the £250k jackpot!
Coolmore's Classic plans
With the pattern having to be truncated due to the late start to the season there is not enough recovery time between the European Classics for the best horses to have multiple engagements. This means certain horses will only run in certain races. Have a look at Coolmore's latest plans
Stradivarius dropping down in trail... Enable to kick-off in Eclipse?
Staying triple crown winner for the last two years Stradivarius could take a drop in trip in a fascinating move that opens up a possible Arc bid and talking about the Arc get the latest thoughts from Frankie Dettori on Enables bid for three wins and a place in history.
Four high profile horses to treat with caution...
While you hear plenty about horses to follow, what about ones to avoid? Timeform experts reveal four horses they think are likely to be shorter odds than they deserve to be and urging you to treat with caution...
And finally... 100 horses to follow!
We aren't suggesting for a second that you put all 100 in your tracker, but this article is well worth a read and you can just pick out the ones that appeal to you, or are trained by trainers you follow. It might help inform any ten to follow stables you are choosing to enter.
